  • For Hispanics dropped from approximately 29 to 22.1
  • For Non-Hispanic Blacks dropped from approximately 14 to 10.7
  • For total dropped slightly from approximately 11 to 9.3
  • For Non-Hispanic Whites dropped slightly from approximately 7 to 5.8

*Status dropout refers to 16- to 24-year-olds who are not enrolled in school and have not earned high school credentials (diploma or equivalent).
