  • For Non-Hispanic White male fluctuated largely, with an overall decrease from approximately 34 to 30.3
  • For Hispanic male decreased from approximately 37 to 28.2
  • For Non-Hispanic Black male decreased from approximately 38 to 24.6
  • For Non-Hispanic Black female decreased from approximately 19 to 10.0
  • For Hispanic female decreased from approximately 12 to 9.0
  • For Non-Hispanic White female remained steady at 6.1
